We do not operate the safari ourselves. The actual safari service is provided by the assigned safari operator/agency.

Confirm details & pay
Enter guest details and pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, and more). You’ll get a booking confirmation.
Get operator details
After confirmation, you’ll see the safari operator contact details inside your booking page.
Ride completion OTP
After the safari ends, share the OTP with the safari owner to confirm ride completion.
What we are responsible for
- Providing the booking platform and user experience
- Recording booking details (slot, guests, payments, receipt)
- Sharing operator contact details after booking confirmation
Agency/operator responsibilities
- Safari operations, permits, pickup, timing, and on-ground service
- Any changes/cancellations on their side and service delivery quality
- Wildlife sightings, route decisions, and guide/driver conduct
Transparency & peace of mind
Jawai Booking helps you book Jawai safari services in an easy, trackable way—especially useful for agencies managing multiple guests. The actual safari experience is delivered by the assigned safari operator/agency.
We’re transparent about roles: we handle the booking flow and confirmation details, while the operator/agency handles on-ground service (permits, pickup, timing, and the safari itself). If there’s a service issue on the operator/agency side, we’ll always help you connect and share the right booking information quickly.
Note: on-ground service quality, delays, cancellations, permits, and operational decisions are managed by the assigned operator/agency. Our role is to make booking easy and transparent.
