Jawai Booking is a booking platform. Once your booking is confirmed, the safari slot is reserved and arranged with the assigned operator/agency.
All confirmed bookings are final
We generally do not support cancellations or rescheduling after confirmation.
How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Refund timeline
When a refund is initiated by us, it typically reflects within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Receipt note: We issue payment receipts. GST invoices are not issued as the platform is not yet GST registered.
