Overview

Jawai Booking (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) provides a booking workflow that helps travelers and agencies reserve Jawai safari services from independent operators/agencies.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform role

We act as a facilitator for discovery, booking, payment collection, and confirmations. Safari services are delivered by independent operators/agencies.

On-ground operations (permits, pickup, timing, driver/guide, route, and service delivery) are managed by the assigned operator/agency.

Payments

Payments are collected through our payment gateway and recorded for booking confirmation. We store payment references and status updates required for operations, support, and refunds where applicable.

We issue payment receipts. GST invoices are not issued as the platform is not yet GST registered.

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate traveler details and contact information.
  • Arrive on time and follow safety instructions.
  • Respect wildlife rules and local guidelines.

Operator responsibilities

  • Provide the safari service as described and confirmed.
  • Follow safety standards and local regulations.
  • Notify the Platform of cancellations or delays promptly.

Cancellations & refunds

Confirmed bookings are generally final. In limited cases where the service cannot be delivered (for example, operator cancellation or safety/weather cancellation), a refund may be processed.

Dispute Resolution

If any issue, complaint, or dispute arises in relation to a booking, users must first contact Jawai Booking support with relevant booking details.
